Apparently the best puppetry building book you can buy, Hand and Rod Puppets is out-of-print and extremely sought after. Luckily, I bought myself a copy for the low price of $US 100 (that is the cheapest you can get it apparently) just this week - 12 Nov 2007. It's shipping from the US, so I hope it comes quickly! EDIT: I got the book, but don't ask about how it got stolen....and how I got it back
